This Shipping & Returns Policy applies exclusively to wholesale customers (including distributors, retailers, and commercial partners) of our electric SUP pumps. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. For custom shipping arrangements or bulk order negotiations, please contact our wholesale account manager directly.

1. Shipping Terms

1.1 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable international and domestic logistics carriers (e.g., DHL Freight, FedEx Freight, UPS and regional freight forwarders) to ensure safe and timely delivery of bulk electric SUP pump orders. The choice of carrier will be determined based on: order volume, destination country/region, delivery timeframe requirements, and cost-efficiency. For FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, we will coordinate with certified freight partners to optimize logistics solutions.

1.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors: order weight, volume, destination, shipping method, and customs clearance fees (for international orders). A detailed shipping quote will be provided in your proforma invoice (PI) prior to payment. All international orders are subject to additional costs including customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer (DDP terms available upon request for an additional fee).

1.3 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, excluding production lead time (7-15 business days for standard bulk orders):

  • Domestic Wholesale (Same Country): 3-7 business days via ground freight; 1-3 business days via expedited shipping (additional cost).

  • International Wholesale (Cross-Border): 5-15 business days for air freight; 25-45 business days for sea freight (varies by port of departure and arrival, customs clearance time may extend this period).

We will provide a tracking number and shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched. Delays due to customs inspections, natural disasters, or other force majeure events are beyond our control, and we will assist in coordinating with carriers to resolve issues promptly.

1.4 Order Preparation & Dispatch

After full payment of the order (or receipt of a confirmed letter of credit), we will initiate order processing and packaging. All electric SUP pumps are packed in durable, shock-resistant cartons with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Each carton is labeled with product specifications, quantity, batch number, and shipping marks as per B2B logistics standards. We conduct pre-shipment inspections to ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.

1.5 Customs & Documentation

For international wholesale orders, we will provide all necessary customs documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B/L) or air waybill (AWB), certificate of origin, and product compliance certificates (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS) as required by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations, obtaining necessary import licenses, and handling customs clearance procedures. We will assist with additional documentation requests at the buyer’s request.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of B2B wholesale, returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances. We do not accept returns for reasons related to buyer’s incorrect order placement (e.g., wrong model, over-ordering) unless prior written agreement is obtained.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted if:

  • Defective Products: Products have manufacturing defects (e.g., motor failure, pressure gauge inaccuracy, electrical malfunctions) that are not caused by improper use, transportation damage, or aftermarket modifications. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods.

  • Wrong Shipment: We shipped incorrect models, quantities, or specifications that do not match the confirmed order. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

  • Damaged in Transit: Products are damaged during shipping (excluding damage caused by improper handling by the buyer or carrier after delivery). The buyer must notify us and the carrier within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos/videos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

2.2 Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: The buyer must contact our customer service team via email (support@inflatorpump.com) or through the dedicated account portal, providing the order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos, videos, inspection reports). Return requests must include the required documentation within the eligible timeframe.

  2. Return Authorization (RA) Approval: We will review the request within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with return shipping instructions (including designated warehouse address, packaging requirements, and carrier guidelines). Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their expense.

  3. Return Shipment: The buyer must ship the products back within 10 business days of receiving the RA number. For defective or wrong shipment returns, we will bear the return shipping costs (provided the buyer uses the designated carrier and follows packaging instructions). For transit damage returns, shipping costs will be claimed from the carrier, and we will coordinate the return process.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt of the returned products, our quality control team will inspect them within 5-7 business days to confirm the reason for return. If the return is validated:

    1. Defective products: We will offer a replacement, refund (equivalent to the product’s wholesale price), or credit note (valid for 12 months) at the buyer’s option.

    2. Wrong shipment: We will ship the correct products at no additional cost, or issue a full refund for the incorrect items.

    3. Transit damage: We will replace the damaged products or issue a refund, and pursue compensation from the carrier.

2.3 Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the buyer.

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer (e.g., wrong model, incorrect quantity) without prior written agreement.

  • Products returned after the eligible timeframe (30 days for defects, 7 days for wrong shipment, 48 hours for transit damage).

  • Products without a valid RA number or incomplete supporting documentation.

  • Customized products (made to the buyer’s specific requirements) unless they have manufacturing defects.

3. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, customs strikes, pandemics) or third-party factors (carrier delays, customs inspections).

  • The buyer is responsible for verifying the condition of the goods upon delivery. Failure to report damage or discrepancies within the specified timeframe will result in the goods being deemed accepted in good condition.

  • We are not liable for any indirect losses incurred by the buyer due to shipping delays, defective products, or returns (including lost sales, business interruption, or additional costs).

  • All returns must comply with local and international shipping regulations, including restrictions on electrical products. The buyer is responsible for ensuring returned products meet export requirements from their region.

4. Modifications & Queries

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our B2B wholesale portal, and notified to existing customers via email.
